Charge Nurse Opportunity - Nights Only

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse, leading excellent nursing care overnight at our premium care home just outside Bonnyrigg.

This purpose-built home offers the highest quality of life possible for people with complex health and care requirements, including age-related and dementia-related conditions, physical disabilities, and neurological conditions.

As a Charge Nurse, you will develop and implement effective care plans, make key decisions, and lead the team as a model of best practice, maintaining a considerate and restful therapeutic environment during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
