Acquisition Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing professional looking for a challenging role where you can drive business growth and success? We're seeking an experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our team at HSBC.

About the Role

As an Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple media channels. You will work closely with our product teams, digital teams, creative agencies, and media agencies to deliver outstanding campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple media channels
  • Manage the strategic marketing direction of the product vertical and delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns from briefing to launch
  • Work closely with our product teams, digital teams, creative agencies, and media agencies to deliver outstanding campaigns and projects
  • Manage the marketing creative of the product vertical and deliver best-in-class creative assets
  • Be responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently for your product vertical, striving for maximum ROI
  • Ensure customer insight & marketing effectiveness learnings from campaign/activity PIRs are incorporated, where appropriate, into future marketing briefs and campaign/activity development
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of managing end-to-end campaigns with strong knowledge of digital marketing, including Paid Social, Display & Video, and Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to be curious and actively understand the product vertical and customer needs
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence to ensure cohesive marketing plans that speak to customer needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
