They are seeking an Application Support Specialist to serve as a key escalation point for team members, providing essential support for custom applications while also overseeing the internal Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office on a limited basis.

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud and Azure Active Directory, including setup, management, and support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory administration and group policy management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, showcasing the ability to methodically troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience in supporting custom software applications.
  • Proficiency in server virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
