Senior Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our dynamic team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with insurers to obtain the most competitive terms and coverage for clients.
  • Handle client queries and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and changes in insurance products to advise clients effectively.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Effective team management within our tight-knit company environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., ACII, Cert CII) would be advantageous.
