Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager EMEIA to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance operations of our EMEIA entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting operations of our organisation, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Maintain and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
  • Drive a timely and accurate month-end close, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and US GAAP.
  • Review all account reconciliations monthly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Competent with accounting standards, with US GAAP experience advantageous.
  • Proven experience of managing both UK and abroad entities.
  • Experience of managing a small team, with a strong track record of leadership and development.
  • Experience with consolidated accounts, with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
