Senior Bid Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Bid Manager to join our Construction business in Witham, Essex. As a key member of our Pre-Construction team, you'll play a crucial role in building projects that support and develop local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble a bid team with the necessary expertise to prepare a winning bid
  • Implement bid management procedures and ensure their effective execution throughout the bid process
  • Chair Bid Kick-off meetings, solution development, and mid-bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a tender period programme, communicate actions to the team, and monitor progress
  • Attend feedback sessions with clients and coordinate tender queries and amendments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid management
  • Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial, and leisure projects
  • Previous work with a leading national or regional contractor
