Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the customer service team
- Meet customer operational requirements and ensure deliveries are made on time and in full
- First-line support for customers and DSV to ensure all issues are proactively handled
- Support colleagues in providing an enhanced service to customers while maintaining and promoting DSV best practices
- Responsible for completing and populating location KPIs and customer invoicing processes
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills and understanding of cargo operations
