Are you a seasoned Private Client Attorney with over 4 years of post-qualification experience seeking a rewarding opportunity with a prestigious Legal 500 firm?

Our client, a distinguished Legal 500 practice, is on the lookout for a committed Attorney to enhance their growing Wills and Probate division, collaborating closely with the existing team of Fee Earners.

This role provides a platform for you to demonstrate your proficiency in Private Client matters within a nurturing and collaborative environment, where your expertise will be genuinely valued. Membership in SFE and STEP is advantageous but not a mandatory criterion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling probate cases
  • Drafting, preparing, and executing Wills
  • Submitting applications for Statutory Wills
  • Managing Trust and Tax issues
  • Overseeing Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Providing counsel and support for elderly clients
  • Engaging in Court of Protection matters
  • Participating in business development initiatives
