Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at DACHSER Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full accountability for customer goods when putting away or bringing down from locations
  • Direct responsibility for ensuring that the reach truck is kept in a pristine condition and any defects are reported straight away
  • Adherence to legislative, safety, and organisational policies and procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving and housekeeping as per rota
  • Ability to move and organise oversized and high-value goods
  • Ensuring all consignments are placed in the correct locations
  • Any other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience putting away or retrieving heavy and high-value goods
  • Strong team player with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and on own initiative/unsupervised
  • Computer literate with manual handling skills
  • Awareness of health and safety issues and numeracy and literacy skills
