This position presents an excellent opportunity for an HR expert with a broad skill set to engage with a dedicated team, with additional HR assistance available from other locations as necessary.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with agencies for temporary staffing solutions
  • Liaise with recruitment firms for talent acquisition
  • Draft and revise new employment agreements (including compensation and benefits)
  • Oversee legally mandated documentation for new hires
  • Update the ADP system with information regarding new employees and departures
  • Handle contract modifications, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements
  • Conduct 'welcome' sessions to introduce new hires to the company from an HR perspective (including benefits overview)
  • Support management in the process of contract terminations
  • Administer payroll for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Develop compensation and benefits packages for new recruits
  • Communicate with Pension Providers and manage insurance for workplace incidents
  • Oversee the administration of time and attendance systems
  • Manage fleet operations
  • Assist in the financial planning process
  • Execute the bonus distribution process
  • Facilitate the salary review process: support and implementation
  • Report on headcount metrics
  • Conduct Health & Safety reporting
  • Provide guidance on and assist in implementing disciplinary actions
  • Update and create legally required documents in accordance with new regulations (e.g., whistleblowing policy, updates to employee handbook, etc.)
  • Maintain the employee introduction brochure
  • Oversee the well-being policy
  • Keep records of legally mandated training (forklift, Health & Safety, etc.)
  • Manage the holiday calendar for the organization
