We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Social Work Academy in Hull. As Academy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of social work in our city, working closely with our Principal Social Worker and learning and development colleagues.

About the Role

The Academy Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to attract and retain high-quality social workers, including student social workers, apprentices, and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
  • Establishing strong relationships with local universities and colleges to support the growth of our social work workforce.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based practice through our specialist training resource.
  • Managing and supervising a team of practice educators and practice leads.
