Position: Marketing Strategy Executive


As the Marketing Strategy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and stimulate business expansion.


Your responsibilities will include leading a skilled team, orchestrating multi-channel marketing efforts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective promotion of our loyalty and reward offerings.


Compensation:
£60,000 (+15% performance bonus)

Employment Type:
Full Time / Permanent / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM / Monday to Friday / Hybrid Work Options
25 days of annual leave (increasing with tenure up to 30 days) + Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our loyalty and reward services.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Plan, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Supervise content development, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates.

Brand Stewardship:
• Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity and market positioning.
• Ensure uniformity in branding across all marketing materials and communications.

Digital Marketing Management:
• Oversee the company's digital footprint, including website, social media, and email outreach.
• Employ SEM strategies (SEO and PPC) to boost traffic and lead generation.
• Create targeted marketing initiatives to engage and retain clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on marketing performance and return on investment.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (not mandatory).
• Several years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within a creative agency or loyalty and rewards sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
