Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Administrator to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Act as the single point of contact for vendors, coordinating the end-to-end process for engaging and paying vendors, and ensuring timely payment and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Procurement Process Management: Maintain, update, and improve trackers and reports to provide visibility into resourcing and contract activity, ensuring that procurement processes are efficient and effective.
  • Financial Management: Work with the Channels Finance Analyst to ensure vendors' Statements of Work (SOWs) and billing align with budgetary forecasts, highlighting contractual changes, additional services, and costs incurred.
  • Contractor Resource Management: Ensure all contractor resource details are updated in a timely manner in our People Systems and Resource trackers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
  • Education: Relevant education or certification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
