Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Swanway, a Supported Living Service in Gateshead. Our service provides support to individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including autism, mental health support needs, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Administer medication and perform general administrative duties, including housing management tasks.
