About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organised individual to join our team as a Senior Activities Coordinator at Lynton Hall Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver morning and afternoon activity sessions, tailored to the interests and needs of our residents.
  2. Organise and coordinate events, performances, and days out, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
  3. Liaise with external companies and performers to arrange activities and events at the home.
  4. Provide one-to-one support to residents, using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, and conversation to stimulate their minds and spirits.
  5. Support the home's social media channels, sharing updates and promoting activities to residents and their families.
