Focus Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Head of People to enhance our team dynamics and culture. This role is pivotal in fostering an environment recognized for its employee satisfaction and engagement.
The position operates on a hybrid schedule, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
As the Head of People, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Facilitating and implementing strategies to cultivate a highly motivated workforce, including organizing team-building events and community outreach.
- Embedding the core values of the organization throughout all levels of the company.
- Conducting regular evaluations of employee compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness.
- Designing, supervising, and assessing departmental training programs and performance reviews to align with long-term goals.
