The position operates on a hybrid schedule, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

As the Head of People, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facilitating and implementing strategies to cultivate a highly motivated workforce, including organizing team-building events and community outreach.
  • Embedding the core values of the organization throughout all levels of the company.
  • Conducting regular evaluations of employee compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness.
  • Designing, supervising, and assessing departmental training programs and performance reviews to align with long-term goals.
