The Opportunity:
An exciting position is available for a Lead Educator to join our Healthcare team at Bluetownonline.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development, instruction, and evaluation of pre-registration program delivery, while also supporting both pre- and post-registration programs and contributing to inter-professional learning experiences.


Additionally, you will assist in the mentorship of students at clinical placement sites, which will involve clinical visits; therefore, experience in supporting pre-registration students in practical settings is essential.


The ideal candidate will be a seasoned healthcare professional, capable of effectively imparting their healthcare expertise to learners, driven by a passion for education, research, and delivering high-quality services.


Applicants must be registered with the NMC or HCPC and demonstrate ongoing professional development post-registration. Support will be provided to help the successful candidate enhance their personal and professional academic portfolio.
