Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Tutor to join our Business Management team at Eastern Colleges Group. As a Programme Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes across various business disciplines, including Management, HR, Finance, Business Administration, and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop apprenticeship programmes to meet the needs of employers and learners
- Manage all aspects of the learner's apprenticeship journey, including Skills for Success, Functional Skills in English and Maths, gateway and end-point assessment preparation
- Work closely with Programme Leads and the management team to continuously develop and improve the apprenticeship provision
- Provide support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their course and personal objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant experience within the professional sector, ideally with a relevant qualification at Level 3 or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
