We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse or Paramedic to join our team as a Clinical Advisor. As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to patients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients with a wide spectrum of clinical conditions and provide advice on home care management, next steps, and referrals to further care when necessary.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to the immediate needs of patients.
- Demonstrate a commitment to a high-quality service, excellence in clinical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Registered Nurse or Paramedic with post-registration training and experience in at least two healthcare settings or specialties relevant to the profession.
- Ability to commit to 8 weeks of full-time training and adapt to a rolling rota pattern, covering our 24-hour operational period.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with callers from all walks of life.
- Ability to adapt to a caller's individual needs and provide a service that meets their expectations.
