Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Learning and Development to lead our regional learning initiatives in North America. As a key member of our global learning team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering transformative learning experiences that empower our North American employees to reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy for the North America region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local needs.
- Design and deliver a wide range of development initiatives, including onboarding, internship programs, technical training, and in-role career progression.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical learning needs and craft innovative solutions that drive business results.
- Manage a team of L&D specialists, providing mentorship, coaching, and direction to ensure the successful execution of all regional learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global L&D team to adapt and localize learning content and resources for the North American employee population.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of leading successful regional or global learning initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing learning and development teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into targeted learning solutions with demonstrated measurable results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
