Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Transport Administrator to manage maternity leave coverage. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and supporting our transport department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure departmental efficiency.
2. Schedule and manage MOT bookings for the entire fleet.
3. Administer and record all Road Tax details for fleet vehicles.
4. Maintain the in-house Freeway System effectively.
5. Provide updates to the Maintenance Manager regarding service administration.
6. Keep accurate fleet service records.
7. Prepare necessary documentation for audits.
8. Generate and complete order numbers for suppliers.
9. Collaborate with the planning office regarding fleet maintenance schedules.
10. Perform additional administrative duties to support daily operations of the maintenance and compliance office.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Customer-oriented with a compassionate approach.
- Positive attitude and adaptable mindset.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.

Compensation:
Salary range of £24,000 - £26,000, depending on experience.
