Job Description

**About the Role**

Utility People Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead their Distribution System Operations (DSO) transition efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance monitoring, reporting, and ensuring the successful implementation of DSO systems and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement DSO transition plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver DSO projects, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of DSO initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on DSO performance metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Programme Management, with a focus on DSO or similar operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of DSO systems and processes, with the ability to develop and implement effective transition plans.
