Job Description:
As a Revenues Officer at Tempest Resourcing, you will play a crucial role in our Council Tax processing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Council Tax legislation and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient processing of Council Tax payments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and goals, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Council Tax legislation and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
- Work closely with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Revenues Officer in both Council Tax and NNDR.
- Extensive knowledge of Council Tax legislation and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
