Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to young people to help them navigate the asylum process and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to identify and meet individual needs, ensuring that young people's plans reflect their strengths, aspirations, and needs.
  • Deliver statutory responsibilities under the Leaving Care Act 2000, including conducting home visits, community work, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering high-quality services to young people, families, or vulnerable individuals.
  • Valid driving license and access to a suitable vehicle for travel.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Leaving Care Act 2000.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of 21-25 umbrella an hour, dependent on experience.
  • A 37-hour working week, with occasional remote work.
