About the Team: As a Product Innovation Manager at Cirium, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of aviation analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving product discovery, user research, and translating customer insights into actionable product decisions.
About the Role: As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, user research, and product design. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality UI solutions. Your primary objectives will include:
- Driving Product Innovation: Develop and implement strategies to drive product innovation, leveraging your expertise in user experience and analytics.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- Product Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future product development.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a technical or related field is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Product Experience: Significant experience in product roles and interface development roles, preferably with technology-powered products.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of shipping successful products or features is essential.
- UI/UX Design Skills: Strong experience with Figma or other UI design/prototyping tools is required.
- Agile Methodologies: A strong understanding of agile software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban is desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: A sound understanding of the aviation industry is essential.
