About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management of our clients' businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in conjunction with venue managers, providing support, advice, and expertise to ensure targets and financial objectives are met.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement management systems and processes for all accounts management and transaction processing, working with stakeholders to ensure a joined-up and consistent approach.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports, analyzing trends and developing workable solutions to improve future business performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively across the organization, contributing to the overall success of the whole business.
- Hybrid Working: Work from Head Office, visit venues, and work from home to suit the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Accounting Qualification: Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience accountant.
- Finance Experience: Experience in finance and accounting, ideally within a similar multi-site operations business like leisure, recreation, retail, or hospitality.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Experience in developing and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Financial Management: Experience in producing financial management accounts.
- IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, including advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Driving License: Full driving license and willingness to use your own vehicle for site visits.
