About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and skills through training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IFA practice.
  • Knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, pensions, and bonds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable: Financial Services qualifications.
