Job Title: Trainee Talent Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our Customer Relationship Management team in providing exceptional customer service and care to our clients. As a Trainee Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fulfill precise business briefs and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Customer Relationship Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and care
  • Use multiple platforms to attract and engage with candidates
  • Interview and register candidates via telephone and video calls
  • Maintain and nurture a database of existing candidates
  • Proactively track and manage the candidate journey by keeping up-to-date with candidates' job search
  • Generate potential new business opportunities through various forms of lead generation

  • Have superb verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

  • Be team-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Have great listening skills and a naturally empathetic personality
Package

We offer a competitive package including:

  • £24k - £26k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of £28k - £33k
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
  • 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days
  • Other great benefits including private healthcare, enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, Perkbox, and free parking
