We are seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team in High Wycombe, as part of our 2025 Graduate Programme. As a key member of our collaborative design team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of complex engineering projects, particularly in the areas of pump hydraulics, valve selection, piping systems, and related equipment.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, and a keen interest in the water industry. You will be a motivated and proactive individual, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and delivery of complex engineering projects, including pump hydraulics, valve selection, piping systems, and related equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to develop innovative solutions to water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and hydraulic systems.
- Participate in the whole project lifecycle, from front-end engineering design through to detailed design, installation, and construction support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, bids, and tenders, working closely with the business development team.
