Job Summary:

Crone Corkill is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team. As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in identifying learning needs and developing programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop an annual learning calendar aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Manage and oversee business-wide entry-level programs, working closely with other divisions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs across the organization, including Ignite and Developing the People, in partnership with the Head of L&D.
  • Lead the development and delivery of company-wide management and leadership development programs, including ongoing review and delivery of key essentials for line managers, self-learning toolkits, and supporting or advising on leadership and management off-site activities.

Requirements:
