A reputable legal practice in Portsmouth is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor to join their expanding Family Team. As a Family Solicitor, you will advise on a variety of matters, including Divorce, Finance, and Children cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own caseload and advise on privately funded family matters.
- Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance, and private children matters.
- Draft legal documentation, including Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
- Work as Head of Department within the Family Team with minimal supervision.
- Draft various Court Applications.
- Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of PQE.
- Experience in running your own family caseload.
- Experience dealing with sensitive and vulnerable clients.
- Salary starting at £40,000+ dependent on experience.
- Workplace pension.
- Bonus Scheme.
- Company days out.
- Free on-site parking.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and is office based.
