Family Solicitor Opportunity

A reputable legal practice in Portsmouth is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor to join their expanding Family Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, finance, and children cases.
  • Advise clients on a range of family law issues, including cohabitation agreements and prenuptial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base, with a focus on building relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development activities to help grow the practice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's PQE.
  • Experience in running a family caseload and dealing with sensitive and vulnerable clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Competitive salary, with a starting point of £40,000+ dependent on experience.

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with minimal supervision.
