Kitchen Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between the main kitchen and our residents, ensuring seamless food service delivery.
- Assist chefs in plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
- Monitor stock rotation, adhere to company policies, and follow COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
- Support catering for special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
Requirements:
- A passion for food and previous experience working in a kitchen.
- A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the wider kitchen and care home teams.
