Lead Mechanical/Electrical Project Engineer

With a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental stewardship, the company excels in managing and executing complex projects to the highest standards. We are currently seeking to recruit a Lead Mechanical/Electrical Project Engineer to oversee a significant renovation initiative.
Project Oversight:
Manage all facets of electrical and mechanical work on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise the on-site teams, including subcontractors, to promote efficient and effective work practices.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Quality Assurance:
Guarantee that all installations meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with other project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical works with other construction activities.
Identify and address any challenges that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions promptly.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, including any deviations from the plan, to senior management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Engineer on large-scale building services projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, installations, and relevant industry standards.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field, along with professional certifications or licenses.
