Job Summary:

The Forward Trust is seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Educator to support the delivery of the accredited M-PACT Practitioner training. This role will involve working with staff internally and externally, across the UK and Ireland, to provide high-quality training in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver M-PACT Practitioner training to staff internally and externally, ensuring a high standard of training is maintained.
  • Support the organisation to expand its reach internationally, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organisation and its clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and education, with a focus on adult learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of the M-PACT Practitioner training program and its application in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and Ireland, with occasional international travel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
