Job Title: Finance Programme Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Finance Programme Manager to lead key finance projects for one of our major clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and business transformation, with expertise in Dynamics Business Central and experience driving finance-related programs that align with broader organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the delivery of finance transformation projects, with a focus on the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics Business Central across the organisation. * Work closely with senior leadership to design and deliver a finance transformation strategy that supports the company's long-term objectives. * Engage with key stakeholders, including Finance Directors and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business and financial goals. * Oversee the integration of finance systems with other business-critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting across the organisation. * Identify opportunities to optimise financial processes, from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance, ensuring that the finance function operates efficiently and effectively. * Implement robust governance frameworks for the finance transformation program, ensuring accurate reporting, risk management, and accountability at every stage of the project. * Lead change management efforts to ensure that all finance teams are effectively onboarded to new systems and processes, minimising disruption and maximising adoption. * Proactively identify and manage program risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and ensure the program stays on track. Requirements: * Extensive experience in finance programme management, with a proven track record of delivering finance transformation projects, preferably within Dynamics Business Central. * Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. * Stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders, Finance Directors, and IT teams to align program outcomes with business objectives. * Ability to manage multiple work-streams, ensuring that all aspects of the finance transformation are delivered on time and within scope. * Experience in system integration and working within multi-system environments to ensure seamless financial operations. * Strong expertise in governance and reporting, with experience establishing frameworks for finance-related programs. * Knowledge of change management principles, with the ability to lead teams through the adoption of new processes and systems.
