Job Description

Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to individuals affected by drugs, alcohol, and gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to service managers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and financial viability.
  • Develop and grow the number and range of services, including project managing new service developments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards and policies, and develop a positive culture that embraces diversity and equality within services.
  • Manage staff, including line managing service managers and other key staff, and lead on recruitment and selection of appropriately skilled staff.
  • Ensure financial viability of all services, including involvement in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets with the Finance Directorate.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures, and develop annual budgets with the Finance Directorate to ensure services are delivered in the most cost-effective way.
  • Participate in supervision as required by the organisation, undertake training as required, and take responsibility for personal development and participate in the Performance and Progress Review (PPR) process.
