Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our esteemed organization, The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across various projects.
About the Role: As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be engaged in overseeing multiple PFI initiatives, primarily situated along the M62 corridor. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing comprehensive site audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Generating detailed Health and Safety performance reports to track compliance and improvement.
- Investigating incidents and accidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Compiling and analyzing Health and Safety data and statistics for reporting purposes.
- Completing monthly SHEQ summary reports to communicate safety performance.
- Developing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements to mitigate risks.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Participating in safety meetings and executing necessary safety actions.
- Delivering Health and Safety training and guidance to staff.
- Conducting Toolbox Talks to reinforce safety practices among teams.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in a Health and Safety Advisor role within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Possession of a NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate is essential.
- Familiarity with ISO systems is preferred but not mandatory.
