- Information Management: Successfully manage the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the business, and the customer to guarantee a highly satisfactory customer experience and to meet our clients' brand standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional levels of customer service and ownership throughout the customer experience.
- Communication: Ensure a close relationship with the workshop to guarantee a high standard of communication for the customer.
- Productivity and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets.
- Customer Enquiries and Queries: Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently to create and maintain customer loyalty and retention.
- Work Understanding: Confidently establish an understanding agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
- Service Department Loading System: Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
- Handover and Administration: Manage the handover and administration and explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers' full understanding and authorisation.
- Manufacturer Service Requirements: Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
- Safe Working Practices: Maintain safe working practices and abide high standards of the business.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Organisation and Communication Skills: Be organised and possess excellent communication skills.
- Smart Appearance: Maintain a smart appearance.
- Confidence and Teamwork: Be confident and able to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
- Previous Experience: Possess previous experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive sector.
