Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Hireful. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales team is motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Manage cash and credit handling, including processing transactions and handling customer complaints
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use sales software
