About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PR and Events Manager to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for amplifying our brand voice and maximizing brand awareness through traditional and digital PR activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to drive brand awareness and reputation
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
  • Coordinate and execute events, activations, and product launches to showcase our brand and products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement communications strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media, and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in PR and events management, with a strong background in the beauty and skincare industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing PR strategies that drive brand awareness and reputation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive brand awareness and reputation
