We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support individuals with tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full Nurse-led training. However, you will need to possess a caring and compassionate nature, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
