Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Handle a caseload of EL/PL files, considering concepts and merits of primary and secondary liability.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, handling matters in accordance with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Evidence Review: Review and analyze evidence, including witness statements, medical records, and property inspection reports.
  • Investigations and Disclosures: Conduct investigations, deal with disclosure, and instruct experts as necessary.
  • Court Proceedings: Prepare for and attend court proceedings, including conferences and trials.
