About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Trade Finance Specialist to join our team at Eleven Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing primary Treasury support for our business units in the region, covering Midstream and Downstream operations, as well as International Upstream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Treasury teams in Europe to provide high-quality value-added advice and solutions to our business units.
  • Ensure appropriate cash levels for our entities and negotiate financing terms and conditions to optimize exposure and reduce costs.
  • Support major commercial and financial transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint venture formation, and management.
  • Fulfill functional priorities to Partner and Protect while doing so Better, Faster.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Finance or Treasury.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Working knowledge of trade finance and understanding of Supply Chain Financing advantages.
  • Ability to synthesize diverse information in complex and ambiguous situations and drive better outcomes by creatively proposing alternatives.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.
