Transport Administrator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, liaising with customer service teams and drivers, and upholding proof of delivery compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Transport team to organize transportation schedules and achieve delivery dates agreed with customers
* Communicate effectively with customer service teams and drivers to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation
* Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Perform general administrative duties, including answering incoming calls and maintaining records

**Essential Criteria**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel
* Good organizational and time management skills

**About the Role**

This is a temporary on-going assignment with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00. If you are a driven individual with an interest in transport and possess excellent administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.
