About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at FPR Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to vulnerable individuals in homeless hostels and supported living projects in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
  • Experience in health and social care or a related field
  • Ability to work with vulnerable individuals who have experienced trauma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional resilience and patience in challenging situations
