Job Title: Accounts Receivable SME

The Accounts Receivable SME is a critical role that requires expertise in accounts receivable processes and systems. As an SME, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to the AR team, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimisation: Analyse current AR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Projects & Business Change: Support the development, testing, and delivery of new systems or processes impacting the AR team, ensuring sufficient training is delivered to embed these into existing operations.
  • System and Technology Management: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement and maintain AR-related systems and tools, evaluating and recommending new technologies or software to enhance AR processes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in accounts receivable processes and systems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
