Job Purpose

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at the Dulux Decorator Centre in Oldham. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a personalized proposal that meets their needs.
  • Use our client service tools to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Support the store's monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure and well-organized with an eye for detail.
