About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Drylining Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial office fit-outs in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of drylining installation, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring top-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee drylining installation for commercial office fit-outs across multiple sites.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.
  • Plan, allocate, and supervise resources effectively to maximise efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Drylining Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing large commercial office fitout projects.
  • Previous experience with a drylining contractor is essential.
  • A stable CV demonstrating long-term roles and commitment within previous positions.
  • Strong knowledge of drylining techniques, systems, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
