Overview of the Position
We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to embrace a challenging role in Human Resources. As a successful candidate, you will become a vital member of the Capgemini UK HR Manager Community, contributing significantly to business advisory and engagement efforts.
In this role, you will serve as a Generalist HR Manager, dedicated to supporting one of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs), with the potential for rotation across various accounts as needed.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in your work locations, which may include company offices, client sites, and your home. However, please note that full-time remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities
As a proactive and motivated self-starter, you will:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement HR strategies and contribute to various people-related initiatives, including training and development.
- Provide well-informed guidance and solutions to management, fostering best practices and innovative approaches to case management.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business challenges to effectively support managers in crafting appropriate people solutions.
- Manage data and analytics for your designated business areas, conducting regular tracking and reporting on all aspects of people data, including attendance and case management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, with a solid grasp of employment legislation and a proven history of managing cases from start to finish.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple cases and projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, displaying curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. While there are no restrictions regarding nationality or residency, those who have lived outside the UK in the past three years may be subject to additional checks.
